French and Grenadian, born in Africa, her work is multicultural. Her first call, after a master in linguistics was a carrier in teaching. But Maryse Faure-Taylor finally turned to her real love: the artistic creation.
Since 1992 - with the construction of a 100 rooms resort and spa « la Source » in the Caribbean island of Grenada - she is a full-time interior designer and muralist.
Maryse worked mainly in the Caribbean, in all sorts of sectors: residential, commercial, public, hospitality. For a wide range of clients: luxury resort, restaurants, airport, ports, residences, banks, boutiques, movie theatre. See Maryse's references.
Maryse Faure-Taylor has been Honorary Consul of France in Grenada for 15 years. She is a Knight in the French National Order of Merit.
Her creativity goes further into writing poetry and children stories. |
